Puffer Test

Do you want to test an API from any provider, where you don't have any documentation or similar? Then our tool is the perfect one for you.

You can install our Firefox-extension, go to the page you want to test the API from and start recording your activities in the user interface from our tool. Then you go back to the page to test and click through the page to log the background API-calls. After that you can go back to our tool and see the test you just recorded. In the test you see every API-call and you can test them independetly with your own custom queries and params.

We provide 3 different testcases:

  - Status code: the test makes the call to the API and checks the status code of the response.

 - response time: the test checks if the API-call gets back within a specific timerange

- payload: the test sends the changed payload to the server and see how the server reacts
