I have served as a mentor and jury member at international startup and innovation events, including HackNation, Wolves Summit & European AI Awards, EUC Startup Academy & Competition, Carpathian Startup Fest, HackCarpathia, AviaTech Challenge, and the European Startup Ecosystem Awards. My doctoral research focuses on communication competencies in startup pitching, exploring how entrepreneurs effectively communicate business ideas to investors and diverse audiences. Combining academic research with practical mentoring experience, I help founders build clear, persuasive, and investor-oriented presentations. As a mentor, I can help participants refine their business ideas, develop viable business models, prepare investor-ready pitches, strengthen growth strategies, and improve their communication and public speaking skills.
